Broken or Damaged Item Policy

If your order arrives broken or damaged, please send a photo along with your order number to support@tellmytale.co, and we’ll replace it at no cost to you.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we offer a 24-hour cancellation window. Any requests submitted after 24 hours may not be approved, as your order may have already entered production.

Disclaimer: Any approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method, typically within 3–5 business days.

Return Policy

Because all of our products are personalized and made just for you, we do not accept returns. However, if we made a mistake on our end, we’ll send you a new personalized product at no additional cost.

When will my order ship?

We’re committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible. As soon as your order is placed, we get straight to work!

🔵 1. Personalization & Approval – After placing your order, we’ll begin customizing your child’s storybook. Once it’s ready, we’ll send you a preview to approve!

🔵 2. Finalizing & Processing – After you approve your preview, we prep the final print files and begin production.

🔵 3. Printing & Packaging – Every book is made just for your child. This step typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on order volume.

🔵 4. Shipping & Delivery – Once your book is ready, we carefully package it and ship it out!

📦 A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order ships. Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

🚚 Note: We use trusted carriers like UPS/FedEx. Shipping delays can happen due to carrier issues or high demand, but we always do our best to get your order to you on time.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes! Please email us at support@tellmytale.co within 24 hours of placing your order to request a cancellation.

However, once your order has moved into production, we are unable to cancel it since each book is custom-made just for your child.

How do you handle returns?

Since each order is personalized, we do not accept returns due to customer error.

However, if we made a mistake, we’ll make it right and send you a replacement at no cost. 💛

I received a damaged parcel, what should I do?

If your order was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at support@tellmytale.co with a picture of the damage and your order number.

We guarantee to send you a replacement, but since the damage occurred during shipping, we cannot offer refunds, as the courier is responsible for transit-related damages.
